Recombinant Glycogen Synthase Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Glycogen Synthase Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110442) against Glycogen Synthase. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the addition of glucose monomers to the growing glycogen molecule through the formation of alpha-1, 4-glycoside linkages. Mutations in this gene are associated with muscle glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
