Recombinant GRP75 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant GRP75 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C371314) against GRP75. Chaperone protein which plays an important role in mitochondrial iron-sulfur cluster (ISC) biogenesis. Interacts with and stabilizes ISC cluster assembly proteins FXN, NFU1, NFS1 and ISCU. Regulates erythropoiesis via stabilization of ISC assembly. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF-7 and IF analysis of MCF7. The target is localized to the mitochondrion, nucleus, secreted.
