Recombinant HDAC4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HDAC4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110433) against HDAC4. Histones play a critical role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and developmental events. Histone acetylation/deacetylation alters chromosome structure and affects transcription factor access to DNA. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to class II of the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK293. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
