Recombinant HES1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HES1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110223) against HES1. This protein belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors. It is a transcriptional repressor of genes that require a bHLH protein for their transcription. The protein has a particular type of basic domain that contains a helix interrupting protein that binds to the N-box rather than the canonical E-box. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y, Molt-4, MCF-7, SK-MEL-28, K562, Mouse testis, Mouse kindey, Mouse brain, Mouse small intestine, Rat testis, Rat kindey, Rat brain, Rat small intestine. The target is localized to the nucleus.
