Recombinant Hsp70 1A Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp70 1A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C113353) against Hsp70 1A. This intronless gene encodes a 70kDa heat shock protein which is a member of the heat shock protein 70 family. In conjuction with other heat shock proteins, this protein stabilizes existing proteins against aggregation and mediates the folding of newly translated proteins in the cytosol and in organelles. It is also involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway through interaction with the AU-rich element RNA-binding protein 1. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, Rat Rat Brain, C6, 3T3 and IF analysis of Human tonsil, Hela. The target is localized to the cytoskeleton, centriole, centrosome, cytosol, endoplasmic reticulum, endoplasmic reticulum, extracellular region or secreted, blood microparticle, extracellular exosome, extracellular region, mitochondrion, nucleus, nuclear speck, nucleoplasm, nucleus, other locations: aggresome, cytoplasm, ficolin-1-rich granule lumen, focal adhesion, inclusion body, intracellular ribonucleoprotein complex, perinuclear region of cytoplasm, protein complex, vesicle.
