Recombinant Hsp90 alpha/beta Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp90 alpha/beta Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C113354) against Hsp90 alpha/beta. Molecular chaperone that promotes the maturation, structural maintenance and proper regulation of specific target proteins involved for instance in cell cycle control and signal transduction. Undergoes a functional cycle that is linked to its ATPase activity. This cycle probably induces conformational changes in the client proteins, thereby causing their activation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat Rat Brain, C6, 3T3, Hela and IF analysis of Human tonsil, Hela.
