Recombinant Hsp90 beta Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Hsp90 beta Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C123355) against Hsp90 beta. This gene encodes a member of the heat shock protein 90 family; these proteins are involved in signal transduction, protein folding and degradation and morphological evolution. This gene encodes the constitutive form of the cytosolic 90 kDa heat-shock protein and is thought to play a role in gastric apoptosis and inflammation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, A549, HL-60 and IHC analysis of Human breast cancer. The target is localized to the Cytoplasm. Melanosome. Identified by mass spectrometry in melanosome fractions from stage I to stage IV.
