Recombinant IKB beta Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant IKB beta Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C271473) against IKB beta. IkB-beta a protein of the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family. IKB beta Inhibits NF-kappa-B by complexing with and trapping it in the cytoplasm. However, the unphosphorylated form resynthesized after cell stimulation is able to bind NF-kappa-B allowing its transport to the nucleus and protecting it to further NFKBIA-dependent inactivation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, Jurkat, THP-1, MCF-7, Raw264.7, IF analysis of HeLa, Jurkat and FCM analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
