Recombinant IkB alpha Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant IkB alpha Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131333) against IkB alpha. This gene encodes a member of the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which contain multiple ankrin repeat domains. The encoded protein interacts with REL dimers to inhibit NF-kappa-B/REL complexes which are involved in inflammatory responses. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, SH-SY5Y, RAW264.7, PC-12. The target is localized to the nucleus.
