Recombinant Integrin β3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Integrin β3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110500) against Integrin β3. The ITGB3 protein product is the integrin beta chain beta 3. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. A given chain may combine with multiple partners resulting in different integrins. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse spleen. The target is localized to the membrane.
