The Recombinant IRAK1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121477) against IRAK1. IRAK1 is the first member of the death domain containing protein kinase family that play a key role in initiating innate immune response against foreign pathogens. They are involved in Toll-like receptor (TLR) and interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) signaling pathways. Upon ligand binding to TLR/IL-1R, IRAK1 is recruited by MYD88 to the receptor-signaling complex, the association leads to IRAK1 phosphorylation by IRAK4 and subsequent autophosphorylation and kinase activation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK-293, HeLa, K562 and IHC analysis of Mouse pancreas, Rat pancreas. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
