The Recombinant KCTD21 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C130824) against KCTD21. Enables cullin family protein binding activity; histone deacetylase binding activity; and identical protein binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of smoothened signaling pathway and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of RAW 264.7.
