Recombinant KDM2A Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant KDM2A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111316) against KDM2A. Histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-36' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. Preferentially demethylates dimethylated H3 'Lys-36' residue while it has weak or no activity for mono- and Trimethylated H3 'Lys-36'. May also recognize and bind to some phosphorylated proteins and promote their ubiquitination and degradation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
