Recombinant KLLN Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant KLLN Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C130847) against KLLN. The protein encoded by this intronless gene is found in the nucleus, where it can inhibit DNA synthesis and promote S phase arrest coupled to apoptosis. The expression of this DNA binding protein is upregulated by transcription factor p53. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
