Recombinant LILRB1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LILRB1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111395) against LILRB1. LILRB1 is a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR) family. This protein belongs to the subfamily B class of LIR receptors which contain two or four extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane domain, and two to four cytoplasmic immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs). The receptor is expressed on immune cells where it binds to MHC class I molecules on antigen-presenting cells and transduces a negative signal that inhibits stimulation of an immune response. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1, Ramos, A431, IHC analysis of Human liver, IF analysis of PBMC, THP-1 and FCM analysis of PBMC, Ramos. The target is localized to the membrane, secreted.
