The Recombinant LysRS Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111215) against LysRS. Catalyzes the specific attachment of an amino acid to its cognate tRNA in a 2 step reaction: the amino acid (AA) is first activated by ATP to form AA-AMP and then transferred to the acceptor end of the tRNA. When secreted, acts as a signaling molecule that induces immune response through the activation of monocyte/macrophages. Catalyzes the synthesis of the signaling molecule diadenosine tetraphosphate (Ap4A), and thereby mediates disruption of the complex between HINT1 and MITF and the concomitant activation of MITF transcriptional activity. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, JurKat, F9, C6, IHC analysis of Human testis, Mouse brain, Rat testis, IF analysis of U-2 OS and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the cell membrane, cytoplasm, mitochondrion, nucleus, secreted.
