Recombinant LYVE1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LYVE1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110523) against LYVE1. This gene encodes a type I integral membrane glycoprotein. The encoded protein acts as a receptor and binds to both soluble and immobilized hyaluronan. This protein may function in lymphatic hyaluronan transport and have a role in tumor metastasis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat lung and IHC analysis of Mouse intestinal lymph nodes. The target is localized to the membrane.
