The Recombinant MMP8 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121489) against MMP8. MMP8(Matrix metalloproteinase-8), an enzyme that degrades fibrillar collagens imparting strength to the fetal membranes, is expressed by leukocytes and chorionic cytotrophoblast cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat lung, Mouse lung. The target is localized to the secreted.
