Recombinant NAP1L1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NAP1L1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C321660) against NAP1L1. NAP1L1 (Nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 1; NAP1-Related Protein, NRP) is a member of the NAP family of histone chaperones. Histone chaperones are involved in chromatin assembly following DNA replication and may play a role in modulating chromatin formation and contribute to the regulation of cell proliferation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa,?293T, A431, Jurkat and IHC analysis of Human colon, Human kidney. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
