Recombinant NGFR p75 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NGFR p75 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110798) against NGFR p75. Nerve growth factor receptor contains an extracellular domain containing four 40-amino acid repeats with 6 cysteine residues at conserved positions followed by a serine/threonine-rich region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 155-amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The cysteine-rich region contains the nerve growth factor binding domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SW480 and IHC analysis of Human appendix. The target is localized to the cell membrane, Single-pass type I membrane protein, perikaryon, cell projection, growth cone, cell projection, dendritic spine.
