Recombinant Optineurin Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Optineurin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110697) against Optineurin. This gene encodes the coiled-coil containing protein optineurin. Optineurin may play a role in normal-tension glaucoma and adult-onset primary open angle glaucoma. Optineurin interacts with adenovirus E3-14.7K protein and may utilize tumor necrosis factor-alpha or Fas-ligand pathways to mediate apoptosis, inflammation or vasoconstriction. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK293 and IHC analysis of Human brain tissue, Mouse brain tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
