Recombinant p63(alpha) Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant p63(alpha) Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110096) against TP63. This gene encodes a member of the p53 family of transcription factors. The functional domains of p53 family proteins include an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain and an oligomerization domain. Alternative splicing of this gene and the use of alternative promoters results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms that vary in their functional properties. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human prostate and IF analysis of A431.
