Recombinant PCBP2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PCBP2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C433380) against PCBP2. The protein encoded by this gene appears to be multifunctional. Along with PCBP-1 and hnRNPK, it is one of the major cellular poly(rC)-binding proteins. The encoded protein contains three K-homologous (KH) domains which may be involved in RNA binding. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of C6, 3T3.
