Recombinant Phospho-Synapsin-1 (Ser9) Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Phospho-Synapsin-1 (Ser9) Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C431723) against Synapsin-1 (Ser9). Pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase isoform4 (PDK4) is also named as PDHK4 and belongs to the PDK/BCKDK protein kinase family. It isupregulated by starvation in many tissues of the body during starvation. This causes inactivation of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complexwhich blocks pyruvate oxidation and conserves lactate and alanine for gluconeogenesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse brain, Rat brain. The target is localized to the mitochondrion matrix.
