Recombinant PKM Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant PKM Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110722) against PKM. This gene encodes a protein involved in glycolysis. The encoded protein is a pyruvate kinase that catalyzes the transfer of a phosphoryl group from phosphoenolpyruvate to ADP, generating ATP and pyruvate. This protein has been shown to interact with thyroid hormone and may mediate cellular metabolic effects induced by thyroid hormones. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549 and IHC analysis of Human kidney tissue, Mouse lung tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
