Recombinant PRAS40 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PRAS40 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170522) against PRAS40. AKT1S1 is a proline-rich substrate of AKT (MIM 164730) that binds 14-3-3 protein (see YWHAH, MIM 113508) when phosphorylated (Kovacina et al., 2003 [PubMed 12524439]). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
