The Recombinant QSOX1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331268) against QSOX1. QSOX1 belongs to the family of FAD-dependent sulfhydryl oxidases and is an atypical disulfide catalyst. QSOX1 is mainly located in the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in human embryonic fibroblasts, and it cooperates with protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) to help fold new-born proteins in the cell. QSOX1 is mainly expressed in the heart, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, and pancreas, and is very weakly expressed in the brain and kidneys. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, FCM and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, T47D, 293T, FCM analysis of MDA-MB-231 and IP analysis of 293T cells extracts. The target is localized to the extracellular area, Golgi apparatus.
