Recombinant Rab7 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Rab7 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110605) against RAB7. RAB family members are small, RAS-related GTP-binding proteins that are important regulators of vesicular transport. Each RAB protein targets multiple proteins that act in exocytic / endocytic pathways. This gene encodes a RAB family member that regulates vesicle traffic in the late endosomes and also from late endosomes to lysosomes. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
