Recombinant RAB7B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RAB7B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C220842) against RAB7B. Predicted to enable GTP binding activity and GTPase activity. Involved in late endosome to Golgi transport; positive regulation of megakaryocyte differentiation; and regulation of gene expression. Located in cytoplasmic vesicle; lysosome; and trans-Golgi network. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK293. The target is localized to the Late endosome {ECO:0000269|PubMed:20375062}. Lysosome {ECO:0000269|PubMed:15144907, ECO:0000269|PubMed:20375062}. Golgi apparatus {ECO:0000269|PubMed:20375062}. Golgi apparatus, trans-Golgi network {ECO:0000269|PubMed:20375062}. Cytoplasmic vesicle, phagosome {ECO:0000269|PubMed:21255211}. Cytoplasmic vesicle, phagosome membrane {ECO:0000305}; Lipid-anchor {ECO:0000305}; Cytoplasmic side {ECO:0000305}. Note: Recruited to phagosomes containing S.aureus or M.tuberculosis. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:21255211}.
