Recombinant RSK3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RSK3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C323391) against RSK3. This gene encodes a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains 2 non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Hamster samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of CHO-K1, Hela and IHC analysis of Human lung cancer. The target is localized to the Nucleus. Cytoplasm.
