The Recombinant S100A1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C211329) against S100A1. S100A1 is a member of the S100 protein family, each of which contains two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. These proteins are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide range of cells, and are involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. At least 13 S100 genes are clustered on chromosome 1q21. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse heart, IHC analysis of Human cerebrum, Human melanoma, IF analysis of C2C12 and FCM analysis of C2C12. The target is localized to the cytoplasm and nucleus.
