The Recombinant S100A12 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310092) against S100A12. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. S100 proteins are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide range of cells, and involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. S100 genes include at least 13 members which are located as a cluster on chromosome 1q21. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Recombinant Human S100A12 protein, IHC analysis of Human spleen and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the secreted, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, cell membrane.
