Recombinant SCGN Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SCGN Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121277) against SCGN. The protein is a secreted calcium-binding protein which is found in the cytoplasm. It is related to calbindin D-28K and calretinin. This protein is thought to be involved in KCL-stimulated calcium flux and cell proliferation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse stomach. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, cytoplasmic vesicle, membrane.
