Recombinant SCP3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SCP3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131620) against SCP3. SCP3 is an essential structural component of the synaptonemal complex. This complex is involved in synapsis, recombination and segregation of meiotic chromosomes. SCP3 is required for centromere pairing during meiosis in male germ cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 293T,?Jurkat, Mouse testis, Rat testis. The target is localized to the nucleus.
