Recombinant SF1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SF1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111692) against SF1. Necessary for the ATP-dependent first step of spliceosome assembly. Binds to the intron branch point sequence (BPS) 5'-UACUAAC-3' of the pre-mRNA. May act as transcription repressor. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HepG2, PC-12, NIH-3T3, Mouse testis, IHC analysis of Human testis, Mouse testis, Rat testis, IF analysis of HeLa, Neuro-2a and FCM analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
