The Recombinant SIN3A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121680) against SIN3A. onBackground Acts as a transcriptional repressor. Corepressor for REST. Interacts with MXI1 to repress MYC responsive genes and antagonize MYConcogenic activities. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, HeLa, MCF-7, Jurkat, IHC analysis of Human colon, Mouse cerebrum, Rat cerebrum and IP analysis of K562 cells extracts. The target is localized to the nucleus.
