Recombinant SLC45A3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SLC45A3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C321559) against SLC45A3. SLC45A3, also named as prostein, is a prostate tissue-specific protein whose expression is highly restricted to normal and cancerous prostate tissues. Anti-prostein is useful for the identification of prostate adenocarcinomas and is a good marker to identify prostatic origin in metastatic cancer. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of LNCaP. The target is localized to the membrane.
