The Recombinant Survivin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170624) against Survivin. This gene is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) gene family, which encode negative regulatory proteins that prevent apoptotic cell death. IAP family members usually contain multiple baculovirus IAP repeat (BIR) domains, but this gene encodes proteins with only a single BIR domain. The encoded proteins also lack a C-terminus RING finger domain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the nucleus.
PBS, 50% glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300, 0.05% protein protectant.
