Recombinant TCL1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TCL1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311294) against TCL1. Enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1, AKT2 and AKT3. Promotes nuclear translocation of AKT1. Enhances cell proliferation, stabilizes mitochondrial membrane potential and promotes cell survival. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Ramos and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, endoplasmic reticulum, nucleus.
