Recombinant TFIIF beta Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TFIIF beta Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331681) against TFIIF beta. TFIIF is a general transcription initiation factor that binds to RNA polymerase II and helps to recruit it to the initiation complex in collaborationwith TFIIB. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, FCM and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 293T, HeLa, K562, FCM analysis of HeLa, A549 and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the nucleus.
