Recombinant TNF α Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TNF α Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110501) against TNF α. This gene encodes a multifunctional proinflammatory cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily. This cytokine is mainly secreted by macrophages. It can bind to, and thus functions through its receptors TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 and TNFRSF1B/TNFBR. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1. The target is localized to the membrane.
