The Recombinant TXD12 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110743) against TXD12. This gene encodes a member of the thioredoxin superfamily. Members of this family are characterized by a conserved active motif called the thioredoxin fold that catalyzes disulfide bond formation and isomerization. This protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and has a single atypical active motif. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2 and IHC analysis of Human kidney. The target is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum lumen.
