Recombinant ULK1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ULK1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170943) against ULK1. ATP + a protein = ADP + a phosphoprotein., Involved in axon growth. Plays an essential role in neurite extension of cerebellar granule cells., similarity:Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Ser/Thr protein kinase family. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U2OS. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, cytosol, preautophagosomal structure, under starvation conditions, is localized to puncate structures primarily representing the isolation membrane that sequesters a portion of the cytoplasm resulting in the formation of an autophagosome.
