The Recombinant UQCRC2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110687) against UQCRC2. The protein encoded by this gene is located in the mitochondrion, where it is part of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase complex (also known as complex III). This complex constitutes a part of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Defects in this gene are a cause of mitochondrial complex III deficiency nuclear type 5. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A172 and IHC analysis of Human colon tissue, Rat colon tissue. The target is localized to the mitochondrion inner membrane.
