Recombinant VAV3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant VAV3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C371466) against VAV3. Vav proteins belong to the Dbl family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for Rho/Rac small GTPases. The three identified mammalian VAV proteins (VAV1, VAV2 and VAV3) differ in their expression. Vav1 is expressed only in hematopoietic cells and is involved in the formation of the immune synapse. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse brain and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the cytosol, plasma membrane.
