Recombinant XBP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant XBP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110630) against XBP1. This gene encodes a transcription factor that regulates MHC class II genes by binding to a promoter element referred to as an X box. This gene product is a bZIP protein, which was also identified as a cellular transcription factor that binds to an enhancer in the promoter of the T cell leukemia virus type 1 promoter. It may increase expression of viral proteins by acting as the DNA binding partner of a viral transactivator. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549 and IHC analysis of Mouse spleen tissue, Rat spleen tissue. The target is localized to the nucleus.
