Human core exome capture panel
GenieSeq Capture Core Exome Panel is a hybridisation-capture probe panel covering the core human exome for targeted resequencing. It enriches protein-coding regions for variant discovery, delivers uniform coverage and high on-target rates, and fits standard capture workflows.
The panel uses a tiling design of over 400,000 single-stranded DNA probes of 120 nt. Designed against the human GRCh38/hg38 reference genome, it covers 19,441 genes from RefSeq, CCDS, ClinVar and other databases, with a 33.9 Mb target region. On-target rates can reach 80%, and up to 12 samples can be pooled in a single capture. Use it with the GenieSeq Capture Hybridization & Wash Kit for a complete library preparation, capture and clean-up solution. For research use only.
