The Phospho-eNOS-S1177 Monoclonal Antibody (CABP1404) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. Nitric oxide is a reactive free radical which acts as a biologic mediator in several processes, including neurotransmission and antimicrobial and antitumoral activities. Nitric oxide is synthesized from L-arginine by nitric oxide synthases. Variations in this gene are associated with susceptibility to coronary spasm. Alternative splicing and the use of alternative promoters results in multiple transcript variants. RRID Gene ID 4846 Swiss Prot Synonym eNOS; ECNOS; Phospho-eNOS-S1177
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.
