Recombinant B2M/beta-2 microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant B2M/beta-2 microglobulin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110017) against B2M. This gene encodes a serum protein found in association with the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I heavy chain on the surface of nearly all nucleated cells. The protein has a predominantly beta-pleated sheet structure that can form amyloid fibrils in some pathological conditions. The encoded antimicrobial protein displays antibacterial activity in amniotic fluid. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HepG2, A431, Raji, Jurkat, Mouse spleen, Mouse liver, Rat spleen, Rat lung, Rat liver and IHC analysis of Human tonsil, Rat kidney. The target is localized to the secreted, cell surface.
