The Recombinant B7-H4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C211498) against B7-H4. B7 homolog 4 (B7-H4), also known as VTCN1, is a member of the B7 family of cell surface ligands that regulate T cell activation and immune responses. B7-H4 protein contains two extracellular Ig-like V-type domains, a transmembrane domain, and a short, two amino acid intracellular domain. The B7-H4 protein is shown to inhibit T cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine production. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of T-47D. The target is localized to the membrane.
